Anyone been camping at the Jellystone campground at the Natural Bridge? We are planning on a March trip and was just wondering.....

I just now seen your post, sorry it took so long to respond.. It looks like I'm not to late with Info. etncc/rules.gif your plans is in March?

Ladybug and I have stayed at Jellystone Park Campground in Natural Bridge Station, Va. A few years ago about 2003. It is of the Interstate a good bit and a few turns later your their, just follow signs.
The campground is on Two sides of the road the office is on the left going in I'm calling it (side A) Have 30/50 amp. water/elc. sites office/store, laundromat, pool, rec. hall, game rm., playground, swimming lake with a beach, fishing lake, bathhouse ? don't know about them we did not use. thiers 58 + campsites on the James River, with fishing, canoeing, tubing......

B side Across the road up on the hill 97+ sites most all are FULL hook ups we stayed on # 5 was ok but, in the sun most are in the shade. This side has a bath house, rec. hall, play ground / field for b-ball or f-ball, b-ball cort, horse paddock & stable for people can go horseback riding on trails. allso have camping cabin's........
This park is or was a Good Sampark and is very close to the Natural Bridge!!!!

On a scale 1-10, "10" being best I would give it over all a "8"
