where are you located Ken?
School play grounds make a good place to detect but I would wait a couple weeks til the kids get back to going. The playgrounds around here are pretty well hunted, almost on a daily basis. Your luck will depend mostly on how many detectorist there is in your locality. Happy Hunting.................
