Delightful Dessert
Blue Berry Drop Cake
1 Pkg White Cake Mix
4 cups Fresh Blueberries
1 12–oz. can 7–up Soda
This is great for a campfire with hot coals, (briquettes are best). I use a 3qt. Dutch Oven.
Pour the white cake mix into the Dutch oven and add the blueberries and the can of 7up. Do Not Stir. Place lid on the Dutch oven and place on the hot coals. Add several of the hot coals, or briquettes, to the lid. When you smell the blueberries, the drop cake is ready to eat. Great served hot from the Dutch Oven with ice cream.
