Well, it's cold and snowy in Indiana, time to plan our summer camping trips. Looking to stay in the Gatlinburg area. Camped at Yogibear near Cosby last summer and loved it. Looking to expand to other campgrounds in the area. Any suggestions? We have teen children and travel trailers.

Hi cheeswoman. Sorry it is so cold there. It has been really nice here in TN the last few days. There are lots of campgrounds in the Gatliburg and Pidgeon forge area to look to. I haven't got all the info but if you look under campground ratings on here you might come up with quite a few. Maybe Stacy will see this and move it to the campground review forum so some can give you a better idea of what you are looking for.

Claboughs is where we like to stay also you should check out River Plantation in Severville and yogi is the best in Gatlinburg. Adventure bound is nice too but very expensive. I have drove through all the campgrounds in the area.

River Plantation has our vote too. Getting ready to head there now matter of fact for the weekend.
