I got the New York Steamer and wife got the baked meatball.

They must have at least 50 kinds of hot sauce on the bar to choose from.
We just ate ours the way they served them, didn't need anything else.

We actually have eaten at the very first one, which is in Jacksonville, Fl. Which was right down the down from where my husband use to work. It was actually started by a group of firemen and you can go on there website and read about it.
