Coca-Cola Chicken
8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can of coca cola
1 cup of Catsup
Arrange chicken breasts in an oiled 12" Dutch oven. In a large bowl add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Spoon sauce over chicken. Cover oven and bake using 8-10 briquetttes bottom and 14-16 briquettes top for 60-75 minutes or until chicken is cooked through basting with pan juices every 15 minutes.

sounds great! I had variation in my recipes.. havent tried yet..

2 lbs. chicken strips
1 can coke
barbecue sauce
PREPARATION
Throw it all in the pot and stir.
COOKING TIME: 1 hour
DUTCH -OVEN SIZE: 12 inch

This next weekend, while camping, we are going to try our hand at smoking.. making pulled pork. : )

Smoked pulled pork..... yummy, where you ar next weekend. ( LOL )
