Went there last weekend and had a great time. I know why its called Deer Run, you can see the deer run all over the place.
I got to talk with Kim that owns the place she’s working hard to rebuild the park. Its a big place with large campsites. Not a lot of campers there, but we had fun!

They have two sets of bathrooms with one of them being rebuilt as this is the off season. With 30 & 50 amp sites, no cable and wifi in the office you can use, 2 playgrounds, a lake to fish in or swim when its warmer. Has a few cabins and lots of room, something like 200+ acres.

If anyone heads that way after Feb on the weekend let me know. I hope I will have the Scotty done about then. I am getting camping crazy and ready to go again. There is another one called the beanpot there I want to try out. Susie has even been vollenteering to work on it. She stayed up late the other night to get the stove and sink in.

Was Deer Run on your left and there was a gate to get in? The campground itself is way way in the back? Beanpot is nice.
