Anybody been there and know a good place to camp?

I know Hotrods were down there this summer, gotta ask them about campgrounds.. check our rv park reviews also

We stayed at Navarre Beach near Destin back at the end of March. Really nice farily small campground with it's own beach on the Sound. Emerald Beech RV Park is where we stayed. About 70 sites all paved and concrete.

We went right in the middle of Spring Break and Destin was crawling with tennagers around every turn, but Navarre was still quiet and peaceful. Much more family oriented but close enough that we drove into Destin every night, and went to Pensicola one day also to the Navy Aviation museum.

Top Sail Hill is about 10 miles east of Destin, and is great. Check out the Florida State Park web site for more info.

Can't beat Topsail or Henderson Beach. We have stayed at both and they are top notch. Can't beat the price. I have some pics of both in my camping photos Here. Enjoy, these cgs can't be beat. They can both be reserved on reserve america.

never camped.. but make sure you go to Captain Daves On The Gulf and eat !!
