Ok, as fall is here and winter is approaching faster than we would like, what is your family's favorite "cold weather" food?

Mine is toast and hot choc. together

One of my favorites is c h i l i. Hubby doesnt like it though.
I still make it for the rest of us. Beef stew as well. Soup - homemade vegetable and chicken and rice and also chicken and dumplings.
My hubby loves to cook. Once the weather gets chilly he will began baking different kinds of bread. He also makes killer hot chocolate.

well, i guess spagetti and also.

beans and cornbread (every season) Stews and such...

Wifey makes some good home made soups too!!!!!

Looks like all my faves were mentioned...thanks for all the ideas for the supper the rest of the week..lol.

We like to serve Chili over rice. Garnish with cheese.
Brunswick stew,potato soup,Homemade Veg. soup with the left over fresh veg, we keeped in a soup bag in the freezer.
