Ok everybody I have a hole in the floor. It is just inside the door when you open the door. My DS says to let it go and push it down the best we can. I would like to fix it. What would it take to fix? Can a person cut out just part of the floor and replace the broken part. Is this something that should be left to someone that knows what they are doing? My thoughts are, to cut out a section. So it will fit right on top of the frame.

what kind of camper and how did you get the hole? Was it punched in or rotted out? I once replaced the hallway in a 10 ft wide mobile home. It shouldn't be much of a problem to cut out and replace, just be sure you have support on both sides or you could put a support across in the middle. (I just read how the hole got there. Shouldn't be too hard to fix.)

Dirtfisher is right on the money. I am on my second rebuild now. You can look at how the floor is supported and if it has metal try to aim for the center of the metal. That way the original floor and the new you add are both on the support. If it is rot make sure you go ou from the rot so you get all the bad wood.

You can set your circular saw blade to cut just deep enough to cut out the bad part and then you can just put in new board.
