when we let our popup down it sometimes gets stuck for a few seconds, and then it will drop down ? it is brand new so i would think that there something wrong, but does anyone know if this is normal ??

if it gets in a bind it will stick i just try and make sure the support rail had plenty of wd40 on them and no real rough spots

I know that ours sticks if I try to close it, if the camper is not completely level, but when level it goes up and down with no problem.

When did you get a new pop-up Will? Are you stil getting the 5th wheel?

I agree with Ken, having the popup level when raising or lowering is really important. Seems to put a lot of stress on the lift system if it isn't level. It could be a bit of air trapped in the folded and tucked canvas that leaks out.
