Hi Rick, just wanted to ask a quick question here.

What would the load rating be on the back bumper of the Homestead 292RBH model? I have looked in the book but can't find any info as to how much I could put on it. Am looking at close to 200#? Is this too much?

Trying to find a place to mount a Generac Quietpac generator and wondered if you have ever installed any on a TT before? Could you give me some insite to the yea's or nay's of doing this? Or the best place to mount a generator would be?
Thanks!

Most rear bumpers are rated for 150 pounds Spare Tire and maybe a bike carrier.

If you put more weight than that then you will need to go and weld some supports under the bumper back to the frame.

Lipper who makes 80% of all frames that the factory's uses says it will void the warranty (1 year) if anything is welded to the frame. After the Year then it does not matter on warranty.

If you go and add anything make sure to get someone that knows what they are doing and also allow for the bounce that is going to take place going up and down the highways.

Good luck.
