8 hot dogs, boiled & drained 1/3 cup vinegar 4 green onions, chopped 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped 1/4 cup red pepper chopped 1/4 cup yellow pepper chopped 3-4 ribs celery, finely chopped 2 Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges Salt & pepper to taste Chopped fresh parsley to taste
DIRECTIONS: Cut hot dogs into 1/4-1/2 inch slices. Combine all ingredients except the tomato in a large bowl & toss to coat & mix well. Serve with tomatoes on top of each serving.
SERVINGS: 6 TIME: 20 minutes
The peppers and onions can be grilled or sauteed to suit.

You could also use a pack of bratwursts instead of hot dogs. It would give a little different flavor.

I have thought about trying this recipe variation, instead of just hot dogs. Use hot dogs, brats, cheesy brats, jalapeno brats, and maybe 2 different brands of hot dogs just to change the taste.
