It is hard to beat a good hotdog grilled out at the campfire on a cool evening after a hard day of play.

Problem is, the chili can make or break the hotdog.

we like to make our own chilli (hamburger, ketchup, and some spices, and oinions

Try a package of McCormick's mild chile mix and follow the instructions on the back. I use canned tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. I have made it for years. I am not a big chile fan, but this is my favorite and it is easy. I do love hot dogs, though. We always use shredded cheddar cheese and green onions on top of our chili dogs.
