Hello everyone!

I have recently joined the club after moving up from Florida.How do the group campouts work as far as costs,etc.When you go on a campout is it in a location where everyone is close as far as pop-ups,tents,and RV's with e central meeting area?or is it individual campsites,possible not near each other with one person or couple hosting the campfire,with everyone coming to that location?

Does everyone put in for the meals and eat together-or is everyone on their own at their respective campsites?

I guess to summarize....are campsites reserved in bulk so everyone is close by..or does each member make their own reservations and get whatever the campground has available.

I am looking forward to my first campout and to meet everyone.

We are all dragging our feet to sign up so just go ahead and find the campout you would like to attend and say your going.

We try to get a area together so we are in a group. River Plantation is our first campout and we have a row of campsites reserved but you need to call today to get with the group as they will be releasing sites back today.

Misty river is also reserved. The others we just call and say close to ETNCC or east tennessee camping cllub and they get you as close as possible

Dinners we normally do a bring your own meat and a dish to share. Last year thought we pitched in for the cost of bacon wrapped chicken from Tcjustice it was yummy.

we also pick the person with the biggest spot for the campfire if they are willing to host it or it will be at our camper since we put the kids to bed and sit out and enjoy ourselves

we also try to keep it family oriented so no heavy drinking but you can enjoy a drink with us if you would like
