Could anyone tell me why jayco put a split matress in ther hybirds, and is there a trick to sleeping on them? Seems like I always wake up on the wood between the two.A simple sheet will not hold them together. Any help will be grateful. etncc/help.gif

Sounds very weird

how about some velcro, the heavy duty stuff then a foam mattress on the top of it. Your sheets should fit then and everything will be held together

Hey I know this will not help but just to let you know I feel for you
we had a 1998 jayco light hawk and every thing inside was great except
for the table that made into a bed we just stuck pillows in the crack for
the time being . Now we have an older 1982 pop up and the king size plywood
bed sleeps great

I didn't realize there were any Jayco's that had split mattresses. Ours (a Bantam by R-Vision) has split mattresses that are sewn together, so they can be folded up but will stay together when folded down. I suppose you could do the same with yours?
