biggrin.gif I have a 1/2 ton chevy truck and a 30 ft Jayco. The truck handled the camper okay but with everything you need for a family of 4 I had a bad squat problem. I went to 4 wheels unlimited and had a set of load levelers installed, They are air bags that go between the bed and the axles. They hold 100lbs of air each and give you 5,ooo more lbs of hauling capability. They gave me more stabilization while hauling they come in different styles and sizes from 2500 lbs to 5000 lbs. They were about $400.00 installed. Well worth the money.

Sounds like money well worth it. Better to have better control with high winds or bad weather. I have seen too many campers who should have some installed .
