Need suggestions: We left Friday afternoon going for a weekend trip as we usually do. Pulled out of the driveway like normal, didn't realize the Local Telephone company had installed a new wire to our neighbors house about 3 feet to low. Well it took most every thing but the A/C unit off the top of the camper. Well after being put on hold by them for 36 mins. I finally got to talk to someone who said it will be monday before we can do anything about it. So, we spent most of the weekend fixing the vents just so we could enjo the weekend. Now that you get the idea, I am sending camper for an estimate on repairs tomorrow, is there anything else you can think of I need to do?

I am really sorry to hear about your damage. That really hurts. I hope you can get it repaired with as little pain and expense as possible.

Take lots and lots of picutures of the new wire and the damage to your camper. Get an itemized estimate of the repairs. Look for pictures of the same location that you might have before the new wire was installed. It never hurts to be prepared.

I would be majorly .. i agree take lots of pictures and dont back down.. make them fix the camper. Hope everything turns out ok, you have a great looking camper.

we drove past station 5..the one near target and jeff looked for your truck.. he didn;t know what station you worked at but was drooling over the trucks you have there.

Christa dealt with Embarq today, they agreed it was their line and that it was low and would have their Insurance people contact us to take care of the problems. So, we shall see.
