Whats the best way to mount a level to the front of the camper? I bought one of the large levels with the ball in it and want to mount it to the front of the camper.
I am wanting to be able to see it above the tail gate so I will know how much off it is before I park. I have found that sometimes you can just move the camper forward or back just a little bit and it makes a world of difference.
Don't want to crack the fiberglass or start ir spider-webbing or anything. I have thought about the double sided tape but afraid it will get hot and turn loose and lose the level going down the road. Thanks.

do the double sided tape. Jeff uses it for the wind thiings on his window and they stay on fine. Just get the good kind and not the dollar store brand

Fisherpal, the double edge tape they make to put on trim and such on the outside of vehicles is pretty strong stuff. The kind I am talking about is made by 3M. Walmart has it in the auto section where the fiberglass repair and Bondo is. I think Advance or Autozone has it in wider rolls. I have used it and it holds really good. I don't think it will turn loose unless something it was put on where the fiberglass was not clean. That is a good idea you have for being able to watch the level while backing in to the site.
