Here is the problem, my daughter has made a traveling softball team and they will be playing alot of games in Morristown. I need a campground close to there that has water and sewer, cause the ladies will not use a bath house, and would be fairly easy for the DW to park the 5th wheel in when I am working the weekends.

There is Cherokee Park. It's a County campground located on Cherokee Lake about 5 minutes from Frank Lorino Park, I'm guessing that is where she will be playing softball. This campground has water & electric hookups, however the county approved funding last year to re do the campground and put in sewer. I do not know when this will be completed. I haven't been by there, not sure they have even started the work. Their phone number is 423-586-5232
Location wise this would be the best campground.

Panther Creek State park is located in Morristown but they only have water & electric hookups.

In Russellville about a 15 minute drive from Frank Lorino are 2 campgrounds with full hookups.
They sit side by side and you have to drive out a small county road 5-7 miles. Both are located on Cherokee Lake. If you decide on these I would suggest a drive by, they are a little ways out in the country.
Of the 2 Heron Point is the nicer in my opinion.

The other is Greenlee Fall Creek

That's all there is in Morristown, I would suggest Cherokee Park, if you can make it work for you. It's located less than 1/2 mile of hwy 25E would be easy to get in with your 5er.
Email me if you have any questions about any of these.

Here is another one I forgot about. It is located just down the road from Cherokee park. It would be a easy place to get in and out and within 5 minutes of the softball fields It is a new park that opened last year. It is a gravel parking lot with no shade but they do have full hookups and the rate is $25 per night. It's called Hookers & Hunters. phone number is (423) 581-7915. This is no destination park. Nothing at all to do, they do have a small store on property. It may work out good for you as you are going to be busy with the softball.
