I am new to the club. I moved to east TN from Boston. My parents were from Italy. Dad was from Sicily and Mom was from Northern Italy.

I am well versed in just about every Italian dish, and I love to eat. If anyone would like some authentic recipes let me know.

Oh, I love Italian food. Unfortunately, I am on a sugar busters diet, and haven't been able to eat it like I used to. If you have any sugar free recipes, I would love them.

I worked at the olive garden and fell in love with all the food. I like the simple pastas. just meat sauce and the cheese mixes(stuffing) My kids are very picky eaters and aren't much on onions,peppers and such

have a good recipe for lasa.,manicotti or stuffed shells??

I also love Italian too....Especially the Olive Gardens alfredo sauce. Do you have any recipes for that stuff, I think i could drink it!!!!! I have tried different ones but none are even close to the Olive Gardens......
