I know there is a "short cut", but I can't remember. You head into Sevierville.
After you cross the bridge, you turn left "somewhere"... problem is I can't remember where... ? But we ended up coming out by a go cart track and
a payless shoe store... we went straight and were on Wears Valley Road.

Anybody know the road/turn off?

Yes when you turn at the bridge there go until you see Mc'd on your left side, on the right will be 2 gas stations and behind those is a Dairy queen. You will turn right un between the 2 gas stations.(middle creek rd i think it is) Then you follow that road it will take you past Dollywood and Splash Country. Then at the light you turn right at that will take you by the indoor outlet mall and turn left at that light and you will be at light 3 Wears Valley road

you can turn there also, it is the new road, you just turn left when you get to the end of that bridge.. have fun!!!

Thanks Stacy. We were supposed to be in St. Louis this week visiting the family, but there was so much flooding where we were going that we stayed home. So, kids and I are going to have a little adventure in Gatlinburg. : )

Our friends left Pigeon Forge last night and said there was a huge line of people trying to get into Sevierville/Pigeon Forge...
