I listened to a friend of mine who said the they used regular toilet paper in their camper all the time. Well! Let me tell you that I have had problems ever since. It does not work! It will not break down and will clog up the system. Some of it got caught in my discharge valve and the valve would not seal for a long time. It would bleed through and fill up the tube, so that when you took the cap off you got some spillage. Finally, after much flushing and soaking I got it working again. After that experience, I will buy the camper TP even if it gets to $10.00 a roll! Please, please, don't use the regular stuff in your camper. You will regret it!

We use only 1ply. No probs once cleared from previous owners dry camping and not quite up to par tank maint.

We have a rule. No pooping in the camper. If you gotta go, go to the bath house. Pee all you want but nothing more. Makes things so much nicer. My black water tank is never black, it's always clear, and no "solids" to deal with, and no odors ever. What little paper my wife does use has never been an issue. We just use whatever we have handy from home.
