Just heard about useing Listerine in a spray bottle.

Spray around table,on decks,around door,windows,and yourself.

The statement was she used Target brand.

I will try anything after our trip to Fl Spring Break.

I heard putting a dryer sheet in your pocket keeps mosquitos away

I'm originally from Louisiana and when people up here talk about mosquitos I have to laugh. We had so many it was just ridiculous. Anyway, When i used to go fishing we used a product made by Avon called Skin So Soft. It seemed to work pretty good at keeping them away. You'll always get a few no matter what your using that are just determined to make a a buffet out of you anyway.

I got one of those Listerine e-mails too. rolleyes.gif
Not really sure if it works or not but I am willing to try it. The citrinella candles are ok but they sure tear my sinuses up too. Maybe if this really works I can get some rest around the house. Gonna ask the wifey to get us a jug of it and try this. biggrin.gif

That's right, I tried the Cool Mint Flavor, (maybe that was why it was so sticky) and had to go back with cloroxe cleaner to get the sticky off around the door, the solid pieces on the chairs and the table cloth. Haven't tried original flavor Listerine, if someone does let me know how it works. Just DON'T USE COOL MINT FLAVOR CAUSE IT IS STICKY STICKY STICKY.

Oh Yeah, we are still camping out at Warriors til Wednesday anyway and maybe through next week end.

Brandy or Sherry cooking wine in a bowl away from the campsite will attract the fly's and gnats. I dont know about mosquitos those. I have also heard, and my mother would swear by it if she swore, that Lemon Joy in a bowl of water will attract mosquitos and flys and they will dive bomb it and drown.
Good Luck.
PS I have used Listerine on a cat. She was a stray and she was COVERED in fleas. It certainly killed that baby's fleas. Made her smell better too. etncc/reallyhot.gif etncc/reallyhot.gif
