I read on another pop up website that we should take off the canvas before we clean it. This seems like a WHOLE lot of work, more than the cleaning itself. Now, we are brand new to this, so I have no clue what's the right way, but DH wants to clean the canvas TOMORROW! I read that any soap residue will result in holes???? Yikes!

We want to do things right. So how do you all clean yours, and what do you use?

we used to clean our with the awning cleaner from walmart with a mop and left the canvas on.

I leave the canvas on ours to clean it and ours is real Canvas! I have not had any problems.
