I thought this group of people might have some good ideas for me
We have 75 acres in east Tennessee with a small cabin that we use on the weekends.
the cabin is quite small.
Our situation is that we might be moving across the country and be unable to come to the property on a regular basis.
We don't want to let it sit empty.
So we were thinking about renting it to a full time RV'er who is looking for a home base to set up their RV.
There is water, power and septic.
It is incredibly quiet and peaceful.
Park the RV next to our cabin and hook up to electricity, water and sewer.
We think $350 a month for the RV Site is a fair price.
and if desired would consider renting the cabin to go along with it for an additional $250 a month. The cabin is 475 sq ft with living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry hookup, wood stove, screened porch for some additional square footage
The property has mature trees, pasture, creek, and quiet privacy.
We are Located in Bean Station Tennessee we are about 50 minutes north east of Sevierville TN, and about 5 minutes from Cherokee Lake.
Included is electric and water hookup, with direct sewer hookup available.
We may have to make arrangements to share the cost of electric if you use an electric heater.
We are looking for a long term arrangement.
