Hi there. We havent really had any problems with stuff moving/falling out...? The only accident we had was dh opened the fridge and eggs fell out... it was NO fun to clean up! We bought a bar to put across the shelf from Wally World. Either we have stuff stored really well... or we have just been really lucky so far....

I use the plastic baskets (you can get them at Wal-Mart or most of the dollar stores) to store things in. I then set the baskets on "non-slip" shelf liner. So far, no problems.

The baskets come in a variety of sizes and shapes. (Plus they are inexpensive.)

As far as "things falling out of the cabinets while traveling", most RV cabinet latchs and drawers are designed to not open on their own while driving. Wonder if your latch's may be worn and are opening easier than they should. I'd either look at changing the latch's for a permenant fix, or I like the idea of the child proof latch's also for extra insurance. Things do shift inside the cabinets, but I;'ve never had a cabinet or drawer to open on it's own during travel.
