Taco Soup 1 pound Ground Beef (browned) 2 cans Rotel Brand Tomatoes (diced tomatoes with chiles, come in original, mild or hot) 1 can Stewed Tomatoes 1 can of whole kernel corn (white or yellow) 1 can pinto beans 1 can black beans (rinsed & drained) 1 pkg taco seasoning 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
Brown and drain ground beef Add ground beef and all canned ingredients to crock pot or dutch oven Mix taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix with 1 cup of hot water, then add this liquid mixture to the soup Cook to desired temperature. Low on the crock pot for a few hours is great for the flavor or just simmer for awhile in the dutch oven.
Serve with the usual . salsa, sour cream and chips.

makes for an excellent soup with chips or served as a dip style thing.

also works great in crock pot and dont now why or how it came about but we add a pack of the powder ranch dressing and it gives it a spicy kick
