My brother-in-law bought on of those new VR1 trailers by Keystone. It weighs about 7800# dry. He pulls it with a 2005 Expedition and it seems to handle it alright. The camper has alot of room and is decorated nice. He's thinking about trading in his 2004 F-150 and getting an F-250 diesel. I think the limit is very close on the Expedition and over on his F-150.

we went thru one when we were looking for our TT. Very nice. I could imagine hanging out in the front v section reading in a recliner : )
We are going to be getting a new tow vehicle in March.

I think i like the 305 the best... wish they had pics up of it though
the only one they had at the dealer at the time was the 297FLS model. definitely not doable for us. would love to see the one with the bunkbeds. the one we went in definitely had a "top of the line" feel to it...

i like them !! never have seen them before... on my 2002 F-250 Diesel the weight pulling limit is 14,000 pounds. of course that is the 7.3 L now the F-250's have a 6.0. but even our new little TT which weighs about 2,000 we can tell it is back there. dont know why.

Those look really nice. But, Where are the propane tanks?

We went to Crowders today to get something out of our TT. We checked some of the new ones on the lot. We loved the VR1 with the bunks. There are 4 bunks that can be made into a king bed. We want it : ) With that, you could bring another couple with you and they wouldnt have to sleep apart. Or, our kids could bring friends with them. The cabinets are white, which I love, and the interior is really really nice. I would love to trade our TT in next spring and get the VR1. However, I imagine it isnt smart financially to only keep our current TT a year.
Riverside, I looked for the propane tanks for you. They are in an enclosed area in the back of the TT.
It's a really really nice trailer....

Mike has the one with bunks in the front. I liked the one with the two chairs in front. They have a lot of family that go with them. Most of our family have their own campers.

I love the one with the chairs in front as well! But, with 3 kids, we definitely need as many sleeping spaces as possible.
