rolleyes.gif We like a big breakfast. Bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, hash browns & fried apples. My son-in-law sometimes will fix chocolate chip pancakes. For supper, we like to do ribs in a honey and bbq sauce. Grilled corn on the cob, Grilled cabbage (2 small heads quartered then salted and peppered and wrapped with a slice of bacon, wrapper in foil and put on the top rack of the grill). Fried taters, and grilled bread (Texas toast spread with a mixture of melted butter and olive oil and sprinkled with garlic and basil then grilled). Then later, smores and pie iron pies! That takes care of day one! We'll get to day two later!

For breakfast (brunch and sometimes dinner too) we like bacon, eggs, sausage, waffles or pancakes.

For lunch, it is usually something quick such as sandwiches or leftovers.

For dinner this past week camping we had:

Hamburgers, chips, slaw

Grilled Pork tenderloins marinated in honey teriyaki, sliced potatoes cooked on the grill and salad.

New York strip steaks grilled, new potatoes cooked on the grill, fresh green beans, slaw.

Hotdogs with the fixings, potato salad, slaw, chips.

BBQ'd ribs, sliced potatoes, fresh squash fried on the grill.

By the time we finish the above, we are usually too full to eat dessert. However, we have been known to fix homemade ice cream and cobbler cooked in a dutch oven over the fire.

Remember to post your favorite recipes and I will share with everyone.

Happy eating!!!
