Ok, I'm not sure how my husband did this, but when he was setting up the camper on our first real trip out, one of the stabilizer legs bent nearly in half!!!! The campground guy helped him take it off and was going to try to heat it up and bend it back but after attempting it said it couldn't be done.
Has this happened to anyone else? Where do we get another one, from Starcraft I guess????
We had some trouble setting up only because we didn't have good wide peices of wood to put under these legs to level us out, so we were trying to do it on bricks. Bad idea, I know.
We managed to have a nice weekend (other than my twin 3 year olds not sleeping Saturday night and being REALLY cranky all day Sunday) despite the "broken leg", but now we need to fix it or replace it and get some good wood to work with next time.
By the way, Jellystone was so much fun!!! Loved it!!!!!!

You can purchase a new stabilizer from a dealer, or you could go to walmart and buy stabilizers that you crank up and down. Remember that your stabilizers are just that, not really meant to level the camper- this could warp your frame. You can buy levels or boards to level from side to side and the tongue jack to level from front to back.
