I have never attended a winter meeting.

Is this just a get together or is this a meeting where this years trips be scheduled, etc?

we will meet,eat,plan our outings and do a fun camping version of the white elephant game to end it all. fun..fun..fun

you bring a camping related present..wrapped or in a bg.. doesn;t have to be bought, even something you have but dont use or something cheap but just camping related.

we pick numbers for adults and then first person picks a gift.. opens it then the second person can take that gift or open another.. if someone takes your gift then you open another.. 3rd person can take either one of your gifts or picks a new one ect....

then person 1 gets to have the last pick so they can take anyone gift.. it is super fun
