Hope everyone had a good summer camping! Ours has been a busy summer. After our June camping trip. Corn and green beans start coming in. When I wasn't putting up corn or green beans I was working on my garage or over at my DS helping him work on his house. On July the 22nd me and the DW had our first grandson, so no camping in July. August we were going to go to Defeated Creek, but I had 10 rounds of corn to put up. Me and the DW was expecting our second grandchild in September. She came a month early in August. September was more work on the garage, more work on the DS house. First weekend in October me and three of my brothers went to Cumberland Mtn. SP. Good weather and a good time. Friday lunch was good. Fried catfish there at the park. If you never camp at Cumberland Mtn. SP. You need to go and plan on having lunch at the park, all you can eat catfish on Friday. Second weekend in October took our first grandson camping at Roane Mtn. SP. We kept him in the camper with us, while his mother and dad stayed in a tent. Nice days and cool nights. Maybe next Spring we will be able to take our granddaughter on her first trip. Everybody have a good and safe Winter!!
